Frequently Asked Questions

Can I register for the Northwestern Fieldhockey Camps online?
Yes, you can register for all of our camps online to reserve your spot. We do not accept deposits/down payments online, only full payments. If you choose to "mail-in" the registration forms, this process typically takes 2-3 weeks for application entry and spot reserved. We also require all Final Payments to be paid in full no later than two weeks before the first day of camp.

General Camp Information
Our camp staff will include some current players, high school and college coaches from throughout the Midwest. There will be a low camper to instructor ratio to insure quality instruction. All fundamentals taught will be the same that are taught to the players at Northwestern University. More info coming

What to bring
Required:
• MEDICAL FORM
• $200 KEY DEPOSIT (RESIDENTS ONLY)
• TOWEL (linens are provided)
• AUTOMOBILE RELEASE FORM (FOR COMMUTER/RESIDENT CAMPERS DRIVING)
GEAR:
•STICK,SHINGUARDS,MOUTHGUARD,RUNNING/TRAINING SHOES (NO CLEATS)
• GOALKEEPERS MUST BRING THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT
• WATER BOTTLE
• TOWEL (linens are provided)

Trainers
A trainer will be present at all sessions.

Camp Safety and Insurance
Upon completion of this registration process, please print complete and sign the release forms. NOTE: A doctor's signature is required on the Parental Release and Insurance form (or a copy of a physical that was performed within the last 12 months). These forms must be brought to camp (please do not mail forms ahead of time without calling and making arrangements)! Forms are also available here.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Your camp fee, less a $75.00 non-refundable administrative deposit will be refunded without question, if you cancel at least two weeks prior to the beginning of camp. At any time after that date, refunds (less the $75.00 administrative fee) will be made for medical reasons only and must be accompanied by a signed medical statement from your physician within 30 days from the start of camp. If no request for cancellation is made before the camp begins, absolutely no refunds will be given. In addition, a $50.00 additional fee will be assessed for all returned checks.
